General Policies

Appointments
We ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow yourself to change and relax. We recommend scheduling your future appointments prior to departure to ensure the availability of your preferred appointments.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no- shows affect us significantly. If you must cancel, we appreciate that you call 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We require 24 hours cancellation/ reschedule notice to avoid 50% service charge.

Returns & Exchanges
Exchange or refund is available on any products that has not been used and accompanied by a receipt within 30 days.

Payments
We accept cash, check, Visa, and MasterCard. All clients are expected to pay when services are rendered.

Returned Checks
There will be a $25.00 service charge on all returned checks.

Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable. - Gift certificates must be presented at the time of service.
